Infrastructure
B.N. Exports is backed by a strong state-of –the art technology,
excellent manufacturing and processing facility, sound financial
backing and large resources that help us strengthen our quality
standards and on time delivery. B.N. Exports also, has a well-equipped
designing and sampling departments and makes new designs everyday and
can develop new styles as per clients' idea or specifications. Our
designing team is well aware of latest fashion trends and incorporates
them in their on-going continuous development.
Our dedicated showroom showcases our best creations and developments in
a 100 sq. mtr. Our innovations, design and product developments, and
forecast preparations are all on display in this section. Clients
visiting our premises get an on-the-site look and feel our expertise
and quality when they take a tour of our showroom. We have a large
sourcing unit, which sources raw materials from all over India and
production complimenting with finishing units backed by experienced
workforce with an uncompromising commitment to quality and service.
Our Factory
The manufacturing unit of B.N. Exports where the extraordinary Scarves,
Fashion Jewellery & Bags are created is based at Vidhya Vihar
(West), Mumbai. Our unit has an exceptionally skilled & efficient
labour force working on state-of-the –art machinery such as Juki,
Siruba & Gemsy-emel.
The production capacity through this potent combination has reached is
that of over 80,000 Pieces of Fabric Made-ups per month & 60,000
Pieces Jewellery per Month. We believe in offering quality products
that match & excel other competitive products in terms of quality,
price & value. Our corporate relationships & associations
testify to the fact that we encourage long term relationships with all
supplier & clients.
We not only manufacture the best quality products but also take care to
follow international guidelines & business standards suggested by
demanding clients around the world. The facility addresses a wide range
of inspection function and processes like checking, labeling, needle
detection, stitching, packing etc.
The factory houses the latest stitching and other high-tech equipments
and is fully compliant with ETI, BSCI, WRAP & other European
standards. The entire factory layout is planned in line with requisite
health, safety & environment procedures with elaborate safety
markings throughout the unit and a well-trained task force which is
fully geared to provide medical aid and fire safety measures at all
time.
The factory has been audited by SGS India Pvt. Ltd. & RINA India
Pvt. Ltd for our clients on ETI Base code local laws, BSCI and WRAP.

Factory Management & Control
Factory has an
unending & abundant supply of raw material fromsources that share
the company’s value for perfection. Factory has its own in house quality
assurance team of professional & technically qualified personnel’s.
This team is free to conduct any random checks during production at any
time. It is our commitment that we never take the quality factor as a
last minute formality.
Factory premises are guarded by the
security guard and it has a seperate packing area duly enclosed for the
security of finished products & entry into the packing premises is
restricted to the authorised personals only.
Factory comply with
applicable custom laws in order to avoid illegal trans shipment of our
products.
